Once your order is confirmed by phone, we dispatch within 1-2 business days using a tracked courier service. You pay on delivery - cash or card to the courier. There's no online payment system and no card details to enter.

Returns & Cancellations
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an unopened product. Contact us at [email protected] and we will guide you through the process. A full refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
You can cancel your order at any time before dispatch - simply mention it during the confirmation call or email us. You may also decline the parcel at the door with no charge.
