2. Ordering and Sale

To place an order, you provide your name and phone number via the order form. This constitutes a request, not yet a binding contract. A member of our team will call you to confirm your order. The contract of sale is formed at the point of telephone confirmation. Prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST. Payment is made on delivery - cash or card to the courier. No online payment is collected.

3. Supplement Disclaimer

Vitosa Defense is a food supplement, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Information on this website does not constitute medical advice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. If you take prescription medication or have a medical condition, consult a healthcare professional before use.

4. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched, free of charge. Simply inform us during the confirmation call or contact us at [email protected]. You may also decline the parcel at the door with no charge.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an unopened, sealed product and receive a full refund. Full details are in our Return Policy. In accordance with consumer protection law applicable to distance sales, once the original seal is broken on a food supplement, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, Milan Jos Cindy Schulteis is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the product. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
